Where your profile appears suitable for a role, we may share the minimum necessary information with a prospective employer or partner recruitment/employment agency in Greece, the Netherlands or another country within the European Economic Area. We share data only for a genuine or suitable employment opportunity and not for unrelated purposes.

Employers and partner agencies that independently determine how they assess an application may act as separate data controllers and apply their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.

Our main activities concern Greece and the Netherlands. Some international technology providers may process data or permit access from outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards required by law, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses and, where necessary, supplementary technical or organisational measures.

We do not make decisions about candidates solely through automated means or artificial intelligence where those decisions produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. The ATS may support information organisation and matching, but meaningful assessment and decisions involve human participation.

12. Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access restrictions, user-permission management, secure systems, backups, contractual confidentiality obligations and incident-response procedures. No system is completely secure, but we review our safeguards and limit access to people who need the data for their work.
