This organization in Boxtel specializes in the serial production of complex welded assemblies for diverse sectors. No two days are the same here, as they work on various projects for sectors including agriculture, transport, and the industrial market. Examples include chassis for truck trailers, feeding systems, street furniture, and various steel structures.

With over 130 colleagues, we work daily on innovative products where quality is central. Within the welding department, you will join a close-knit team of about 10 colleagues where hard work, collaboration, and an informal atmosphere perfectly come together. Function

As an Assembler / MIG-MAG Welder, you will work daily on various steel structures and be responsible for the entire welding process. Depending on your experience, you will focus primarily on assembling structures or on welding them.

Your duties include:

Assembling steel structures based on technical drawings;
Perform MIG/MAG welding according to drawings and work instructions;
Fitting, positioning, and bonding of parts;
Finishing of assemblies with, among other things, an angle grinder, chisel, and other tools.;
Determining the correct materials and welding tools;
Adjusting machines and tools correctly;
Work according to the applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards.

No two projects are the same, ensuring your work remains varied and you are continuously challenged to further develop your technical skills.

Requirements

What do we ask of you?

  • You have welding certificates OR extensive experience with at least MIG/MAG welding level 2.;
  • You can independently read technical drawings;
  • You master the Dutch or English language well;
  • You have a passion for technology and are motivated to further develop yourself.;
  • You work accurately and have an eye for quality.;
  • You’re a real go-getter and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • A gross salary of €19.50 per hour;
